It's a kick-off celebration for the capital campaign and it's a great chance to see this facility that offers retreats for adults and camp for kids. Rev. Spencer, Rev. Prayers for those affected by flooding in our community. On Sunday morning we will collect funds to support our Hoosier neighbors in the recovery.

Join us as we pray for those impacted my the extreme flooding in our state.

Holy One, you are our comfort and strength in times of sudden disaster, crisis or chaos. Surround us now with your grace and peace through storm or earthquake, fire or flood. By your Spirit, lift up those who have fallen, sustain those who work to rescue or rebuild and fill us with the hope of your new creation through you, our rock and redeemer.

Our blessing from Sunday's service for students, teachers, administrators, and all who return to school this week:

Gracious God, we lift up to you today the students who return to school this year, inspire their curiosity and nurture their wonder as they encounter new ideas. Strengthen them to be Christ's hands and feet in their schools that their classmates and teachers may come to know your love through their care for others.

We pray also for the teachers and administrators in our schools. May they also be blessed as they fulfill their call to teaching and learning this year. Renew their energy each day and awaken in them the ways you, O Lord are sustaining them in their call to serve. All this we ask through Christ's name. Amen.

🐝🍯 Sweet News from St. C's Bees!

We harvested honey for the very first time this week and what a harvest it was! Our beekeeping team carefully uncapped the honeycomb and extracted jars of beautiful, golden honey from our hives. (over 30lbs!)

If you've seen our hives, you'll recognize the hand-painted flowers by Kay Whitaker and the charming red 'Episcopal doors' 3d printed by Michael Lawyer, a unique St. Christopher's 'episcopal' touch.
