Groups are how we care for each other through authentic relationships!

God designed us for community, and in groups, we find a place to connect, grow, and support one another in our faith journey.

There are small groups for high school students and senior adults, groups for playing pickleball and for knitting, groups for people in Benton, Mt. Vernon, Carbondale, and online. No matter who you are, you don’t have to do this season alone.

For the last 7 days, as a church, we’ve been fasting and praying for what God wants to do in this next season at Central, and specifically for what He’s going to do through the launch of Central Benton.

We believe God is already at work, and we want to be a church that responds in faith, moves with confidence, and contends for what’s still to come.

There are still so many ways you can partner with us in the days to come:

1. PRAY.
Pray for God’s Church to thrive through many locations across Southern Illinois. Pray that we would continue to move with confidence in whatever God places in front of us.

2. JOIN THE LAUNCH TEAM.
If you’re near the Benton area, consider joining the launch team and becoming part of the crew that will help prepare the way for what God is building there. You can join at centralnow.com/Benton.

3. GIVE.
If you feel led, you can financially support the launch at centralnow.com/give.

This is more than a building or a new location. We’re believing lives will be changed, families will be reached, and the Church will continue making an eternal difference across Southern Illinois.

We’re excited to announce that Chris Rutledge is joining the Central family as the Associate Pastor of the Carbondale Campus!

Chris will be coming alongside Jared and Maria LeCrone, helping lead and serve Central Students and investing in so much more of what God is doing at our Carbondale campus.

We’re grateful for Chris’s heart for people, passion for ministry, and desire to see lives changed by Jesus.
