“EBENEZER — Thus Far the Lord Has Helped Us” - featuring Essence Church song.

Remembering what God has done , just because we are grateful. Looking back at the story of Essence Church, we can only say: God has been faithful.

There have been challenges, seasons of uncertainty, moments when we didn't know what the next step would be—but through it all, God has provided, opened doors, transformed lives, and continued to build His Church.

Like Samuel, we raise our Ebenezer and remember: “Thus far the Lord has helped us.” — 1 Samuel 7:12

We will always be grateful. We will always remember. And we will always celebrate the good news of what God has done and continues to do.
This is not just our story. It is God's story. And the best part is that the story is still being written.

Quando olhamos para a história da Essence Church, só podemos dizer: Deus tem sido fiel.

Foram desafios, temporadas de incerteza e momentos em que não sabíamos qual seria o próximo passo. Mas, em tudo, Deus proveu, abriu portas, transformou vidas e continuou edificando a Sua Igreja.

In difficult times, may our prayers cross borders. May God strengthen every family, comfort those enduring pain, and protect those working to help others.

Colombia, you are not alone. Today we unite in faith, believing that even amidst hardship, God remains our refuge and strength.

“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1

A new school year brings new classrooms, new friendships, new challenges, and new influences. As parents, we prepare their backpacks, clothes, lunches, and supplies, but one of the greatest ways we can prepare our children is through prayer.

Pray over their minds, their identity, their friendships, their protection, their purpose, their wisdom, and their future. Speak God’s Word over them and remind them that they do not walk into a new school year alone. God goes before them, walks with them, and remains with them.

These are not simply prayers for the first day of school. They are declarations we can make throughout the entire school year.

Take a few minutes today, call your child by name, open your Bible, and pray these Scriptures over their life.

Because our children need more than a good education. They need to know the God who holds their future.
