If ever you’ve considered coming to our parish adoration (every Wednesday morning following the 9:30 Mass, the first Sunday of each month following the 11 o’clock Polish Mass, and the first Wednesday of each month from 9:30-5:30), this is your invitation to join with Catholics all across the country who are offering 250,000 holy hours this summer for the United States’ 250th birthday.
FROM THE DIOCESE: 250,000 Holy Hours: A National Prayer for Our Country
As our nation marks 250 years, Catholics across the country are uniting in a shared act of prayer—offering 250,000 holy hours for the United States of America. This is more than a number; it is a visible sign of our trust in God’s providence and our desire to place our country under his care.
A holy hour is a simple but powerful commitment: time spent in the presence of the Lord, especially before the Blessed Sacrament, praying for our nation, its leaders and all who call it home. Every moment matters. Whether you can offer a full hour or shorter visits throughout the week, your prayer becomes part of something much larger.
Consider the time you already spend before the Lord—in daily Mass, Eucharistic adoration or quiet prayer—and unite it intentionally for this purpose. Then, pledge those hours as a gift of faith and hope for our country.
Together, we can entrust our nation to Christ, asking Him to guide us in truth, unity, and peace. Copy this link to go online and complete the form: https://dosafl.us9.list-manage.com/track/click?u=5cbbc6030d8ad8295bee54a60&id=aa78b74aa3&e=9be505d29e
