Heavenly Father, Thank you for the life, strength, and blessings You have given me. Thank you for reminding me that caring for myself is not selfish, but a necessary part of being a good steward of the body, mind, and spirit that you have entrusted to me. Help me find balance in my life. Teach me to rest when I am weary, to set healthy boundaries, and to care for my well-being without guilt. At the same time, guard my heart from becoming so focused on my own needs that I overlook the struggles of others. Give me eyes to see those who are hurting, wisdom to know when I can help, and a willing spirit to serve when You call me. Let me never become too busy, too comfortable, or too self-centered to extend kindness, compassion, and support to those who are truly in need.
May my life reflect both faithful stewardship and genuine love for others, bringing honor to You in the way I care for myself and in the way I care for those around me. In Jesus name, Amen.
