St. Luke Baptist Church Our Theme Continues to be Based on God's Word
LUKE 1:37 Last year we were Receiving the Impossible. Then we have Gabriel sharing with Mary, the mother of Jesus.

This year we are called upon to share what we have been receiving. In our theme scripture, we have God sharing with the angel Gabriel. Mary shares with the gospel writer Luke, all the things that she had pondered in her heart concerning her son Jesus. Then Jesus shares Himself with the world. Here we are today, over 2000 years later, still reaping the benefit of what GOD has done through Jesus Chr

ist. This is our year, this is our time, and this is our moment to be a blessing to someone else. It is time to share your dream, your wisdom, your knowledge, your insight, and yourself. April 17-19th, We are looking forward to a power-packed fun filled weekend for the celebration and installation of our Leading Family.

Make plans now to join us all weekend.

On Friday night April 17, 2026 at 6:30pm we will host a fun filled game night. We will be teaming up with our Pastor and Leading Lady to play Family Feud!

Saturday April 18, 2026 at 4pm is the official installation Service.

And finally, Sunday April 19, 2026 at 11am our newly installed Pastor and Leading Lady will preach a tag-team sermon!

Our SLBC Family is saddened by the passing of Mother Ollie Mae Smith. We rejoice that we were able to share in her beautiful life and she is now with the Lord that she loves. We lift her children and all her family in prayer and love. 💕🙏🌟

Ollie Mae Smith, age 93 of Brookneal, passed away on February 25, 2026 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Curneal and Annie Pannell Yuille.
