Today, following Divine Liturgy, we celebrated Marjorie Bacas’ 90th birthday!

Our Philoptochos57 President, Michelle Tampakis, recognized Mrs. Bacas for her many years of service and contributions to our Philoptochos chapter and presented her with a past president’s pin. Father Evagoras also offered his congratulations and a special icon of our patrons Saints Constantine and Helen for this special milestone.

Following Liturgy, our parish family gathered for a reception in Mrs. Bacas’ honor. Χρόνια Πολλά!

Our GOYAns started the year off right with a good ol’ souvlaki BBQ!

Father Evagoras welcomed everyone to a new year of GOYA, and it was great to have so many of our young people and families together to kick things off. A huge thank you to our advisors, Maria, Maola, and Pallas, and to our grill master, John Sotiriadis, for helping make the night such a success.

Join us for our first GOYA meeting on October 9!

Welcome back to all of our A. Fantis School families as we begin another wonderful school year! As Father Evagoras always says, ā€œEvery good thing begins and ends with prayer.ā€ We were blessed to begin our year together with an Agiasmos in the church, joined by our students, parents, and school community. Wishing all of our students a καλή αρχή and a joyful, successful, and blessed year ahead!
