The Great Commission Church NY 📖1 John 4:4 KJV
🙏🏾May I ask you the most important question of your life, Where is your Destiny?

08/08/2024

Man may give you a word of comfort, but the real comfort of the heart is the Lord. When life gets tough and the world feels overwhelming, remember that God is our ultimate source of peace and reassurance.

🌟 "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." - Matthew 11:28 (KJV) 🌟

No matter what you’re going through, turn to the Lord for the comfort only He can provide. His love and presence can soothe the deepest fears and bring lasting peace to your heart.

When you're feeling lost, Turn to the God of Comfort 🙏💖

In times of confusion and despair, it’s easy to feel alone. But remember, there is always a source of comfort and guidance available to us. Who do you turn to when you're feeling lost?

🌟 "Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God." - 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 (KJV) 🌟

Let’s lean on the God of all comfort, who wraps us in His love and provides peace in our hearts. When we feel lost, He is our guide and our refuge.

✨ Share this message with someone who needs to be reminded of God's unfailing comfort today. ✨

Be careful not to reap what you sow.
-
-
This principle reminds us that our actions have consequences. When we sow negativity or harmful deeds, we invite similar outcomes into our lives. Conversely, sowing kindness, love, and good deeds leads to positive returns.
-
-
It's a powerful reminder to live intentionally and align our actions with God's teachings.

let us come together boldly in prayer and fasting fighting against spiritual warfare to pray for our brothers and sisters, or loved ones, and those who are sick. Let us release the blood of Jesus Christ in the atmosphere so that his define power can encamp around us and bless us with his holiness.

For we wrestle, not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

How Can You Live Free with Jesus?

-
My friends, in order to be free, you must be free inside of your heart. If you're not free within, you're not going to be completely free from the things of this world that holds you back from truly serving God

➡️ Is sin stopping you from truly receiving the promises of God?
-
-
➡️How can we as children of God put away sin and walk in the way that God desires us to?
-
-
We all have struggles but truly surrendering ourselves to God and his will for us is not hard, yes it takes patience and endurance, it's like changing your diet or adding exercise to your every day life. God should be a part of that. 🥰

😇How can we make God a part of our daily lives:
-
-
1. Daily Prayer and Meditation
- Consistent Prayer Time: Dedicate specific times each day for prayer. Speak to God, share your heart, and listen for His guidance.
- Meditation on Scripture: Spend time meditating on Bible verses that resonate with you. Reflect on God's word and how it applies to your life.

2. Bible Study
- Daily Reading: Make reading the Bible a daily habit. Start with a reading plan or focus on a book of the Bible to study in-depth.
- Study Groups: Join a Bible study group to gain different perspectives, deepen your understanding, and stay accountable.

3. Repentance and Confession
- Regular Repentance: Confess your sins to God regularly. Acknowledge your wrongdoings and seek His forgiveness.
- Accountability Partner: Find a trusted friend or mentor with whom you can share your struggles and receive encouragement and prayer.

4. Worship and Praise
- Worship Music: Listen to and sing worship songs that uplift your spirit and focus your mind on God.
- Church Attendance: Participate in church services regularly to join in praise and worship, receive teaching, and fellowship with other believers.

5. Service and Obedience
- Acts of Service: Serve others in your community. Volunteer your time and resources to help those in need, demonstrating Christ's love in action.
- Obey God's Commands: Strive to live according to God's commandments and teachings. Let your actions reflect your faith and commitment to Him.
-
-
I warmly encourage you to take the first step in transforming your life through the power of God's Word.
