This Sunday, August 30th will be the 5th Sunday schedule!

9:30 Sunday school
10:30 Worship service, followed by lunch and an afternoon service
No 5 pm evening service

The church will provide pulled pork, please bring sides & desserts to share!

This past week our teens traveled with Pastor Rob and other adult volunteers to AuTrain, MI to join a group from Liberty Baptist in Eden Prairie, MN for Teen Camp(ing) 2026. Days filled with time in God’s word, exploring his creation and building friendships were deeply impactful. Thank God for all those who helped this happen, and for safety and joy along the way.

Thank God for VBS 2026 here at TriLakes. We are so grateful for all the kids and families who came out for the week long of Bible lessons, memory verses, crafts, games, snacks, songs, skits and fellowship! We couldn’t have done it without all our volunteers who poured themselves out physically emotionally and spiritually to minister to the children. The western theme was a lot of fun of course!

Happy Independence Day here in these United States.

As we celebrate as a nation, let us do so even more so as Christians who understand the grace of God and His providence.

Let us give thanks for the truths of God upon which any liberty and justice are based.

Let us give thanks for the freedoms we so uniquely enjoy in America compared to history.

Let us give thanks for the people who were willing to sacrifice their lives and well being for those of us who would come after them.

Let us give thanks for communities that still celebrate the good of our nation.

Let us give thanks for the opportunities we have to live boldly for God.

Let us give thanks for the Gospel which is the hope for every land and no less needed in ours.

In the words of hymn writer Katherine Lee Bates in 1893:

Thank you for your prayers for our mission team on a trip to Spain. As they walk over a hundred miles of a pilgrim path in Spain they are listening to pilgrims, asking questions, encouraging people to take one more step towards Christ and planting gospel seeds along the way. They are also helping out missionaries Seth Grotzke and Jeremie Roy in small but hopefully productive ways.
Please continue to pray for strength to finish and for wisdom in conversation.
