👑 Who's Really in Control?

📖 "Then Jesus came to them and said, 'All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.'" - Matthew 28:18

In a world that often feels uncertain, these words remind us of a powerful truth: Jesus is Lord over all. His authority is not limited by circumstances, challenges, or the changing seasons of life.

Because Christ reigns over heaven and earth, we can place our trust in Him with confidence. He leads, guides, and strengthens us as we follow Him each day.

Today, take comfort in knowing that the One who loves you also holds all things in His hands.

God calls us to trust His promise, believe beyond what we can see, and find hope in His mercy and power.

Romans 4: 13-25 and Matthew 9: 9-13, 18-26 teach us to trust God, even when life feels hard or unclear. In Romans 4, Paul shows how Abraham believed God’s promise, even when it seemed impossible. His faith reminds us that we can trust God to keep His word. In Matthew 9, Jesus calls Matthew, shows kindness to people others pushed away, heals a woman who believed in Him, and brings a girl back to life. These stories show God’s power, love, mercy, and care. They remind us to have faith, hold on to hope, and trust God even when we cannot see what He is doing.

Everyone is welcome to join us for a free Fish & Loaves Community Dinner hosted by Lord of Life Lutheran Church on Saturday, June 14. Whether you are looking for a warm meal, fellowship, or simply a friendly face, we invite you to stop by.

The meal will include chicken, vegetables, potatoes, salad, and dessert. Meals will be distributed through a convenient drive-thru process beginning at 5:00 PM.

We are also seeking volunteers to help prepare and serve this meal. Opportunities are available to assist with food preparation, side dishes, desserts, and hospitality. Food preparation begins at 4:00 PM, and every helping hand makes a difference in serving our neighbors with care and compassion.
