Pickett Lake Camp hosts church camps, retreats, family gatherings and ministry events. Special arrangements may be available upon request.

Our mission is reaching the lost for Christ through Faith, Fellowship, and Adventure in an unforgettable camping experience. Pickett Lake Camp is a Christian retreat and conference center in Branford, Florida, serving churches, ministries, families and community groups since 1955. We provide a peaceful setting where groups can host church camps, retreats, conferences, family gatherings and ministry events. Pickett Lake operates primarily as a do-it-yourself facility: your group brings the volunteers to lead programming, provide food service, cook and clean, while we provide the facilities, kitchen and recreational equipment. We accept group reservations only and do not currently register individual campers. If you are looking for a camp to attend, contact us—we may be able to connect you with one of the churches or ministries hosting a program at Pickett Lake.

We are incredibly grateful for Pickett Lake Camp's history.

But we're also excited about its future.

New campers.

New churches.

New retreats.

New adventures.

New opportunities to share Christ.

As we prepare for this next season, one thing won't change:

Our mission.

Reaching the lost for Christ through Faith, Fellowship, and Adventure in an unforgettable camping experience.

The best way to honor the legacy behind us is to continue the mission before us.

Every part of camp has a story.

The cabins.

The chapel.

The lake.

The gathering spaces.

The places where meals are shared and conversations happen.

Over the coming months, we're going to take you around Pickett Lake and introduce you to the spaces that make ministry here possible.

WHY DOES CAMP MATTER?

Sometimes getting away from everyday distractions gives us the opportunity to hear what we've been too busy to hear.

At camp, conversations happen around tables.

Friendships form around campfires.

Questions get asked.

Leaders invest in students.

And the Gospel is shared.

That's why places like Pickett Lake Camp matter.
It's more than cabins, recreation, and a lake.
It's a place created for ministry.

🔨 **PREPARING FOR THE NEXT CHAPTER**

There's a lot happening behind the scenes at Pickett Lake Camp!

One major project underway is updating the Camp Director's home, which hasn't received significant updates in more than 40 years.

Our Board and volunteers are working hard to prepare the home for our incoming Camp Director and his family.

We're grateful for every person who has donated, volunteered, prayed, and helped make this project possible.

Every improvement is another step toward preparing Pickett Lake for its next chapter.

We're getting closer!

Pickett Lake Camp has changed a lot through the years, but the reason we're here hasn't.

Buildings change.

Programs change.

Generations change.

But our mission remains:

Reaching the lost for Christ through Faith, Fellowship, and Adventure in an unforgettable camping experience.

We're thankful for those who built the foundation and excited to see how God uses Pickett Lake in the years ahead.

🛠️ CAMP DOESN'T HAPPEN WITHOUT VOLUNTEERS!

Behind every great camp experience are people willing to serve.

Painting. Cleaning. Repairing. Cooking. Mowing. Building. Praying.

Some jobs are noticed. Many aren't.

But every act of service helps create a place where ministry can happen.

To everyone who has given your time, talents, resources, and prayers to Pickett Lake Camp:

THANK YOU!

You are an important part of this ministry.
