The Triumph of the Resurrection

He is risen! On this Easter Sunday, we celebrate the triumphant resurrection of Jesus Christ, who conquered death and offers eternal life to all who believe. Rejoice, for our Savior lives, and His victory is our hope and joy!

He is risen! He is risen indeed! Alleluia!

“From that time Jesus began to preach, saying, ‘Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand’” (Matthew 4:17).

As we enter this season of Lent, Ash Wednesday reminds us of our need for repentance and our hope in Christ. Through His grace, we are renewed and restored. May this be a time of reflection, prayer, and trust in God’s promises.

A Place of Refuge Ministries in South Wisconsin has received a $75,000 mission grant to support u***d, homeless pregnant women. The ministry provides housing for the duration of a pregnancy and up to a year after birth, while teaching life and parenting skills. The women regularly attend worship at a local LCMS congregation, where many have been baptized. The grant will fund a new van for transportation and parental skill books for each new mother.
