It’s Labor Day weekend.
Fall Sports 🏈 ⚽️🏐⚾️are back!There will be lots of cookouts/ tailgating activities/ cheering families, friends and fans.

This Sunday, September 6, @ MCOB…is wear your favorite Sports Jersey.

I will deliver a message entitled, “ Do You Have A Game Plan” anchored from Matthew 6:33
(Seek first the Kingdom of God, and his righteousness) along with several other biblical verses.📖

Do you have a spiritual game plan? If you want to experience victory in these perilous times, you need to have a game plan. People whose lives are in chaos rarely experience victory.

Today’s headlines shout of modern plagues, social tensions, economic crises, and rampant depression. Many are asking, “What day is it on God’s Prophetic Calendar?”

This Sunday. August 30 MCOB Bible Study Participants will share individual thoughts/ testimonies related to our most recent Bible Study—
Dr David Jeremiah’s “WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE?…
How Tomorrow’s Prophecies Foreshadow Today’s Problems”

During this ten - lesson study we learned through various biblical scriptures how to thread our way through problems that Jesus predicted— precursors of the Tribulation— and learned what steps to take in navigating them. Even as the world seems to be collapsing, you can be sure that the LORD IS BUILDING HIS CHURCH!!⛪️

This is no time to be discouraged. Our risen and exalted Lord Jesus Christ— your entrusted Savior— knows the way forward.

Today was an incredible day @ MCOB!!!⛪️

After a short message from Mark 10:13-16 (in which Jesus reminds his disciples that the Kingdom of God is not about strength, glory and independence but rather just the opposite… weakness , insignificance and dependence) Jesus said in verse 15..”Let the children come to me; do not hinder them, for such belongs the Kingdom of God.”

At the conclusion of the message 18 month old Kimber LeeAnne McKenzie was Consecrated/Dedicated unto the Lord with parent’s Brittany and Josh McKenzie and respective family members present.

Brittany/ Josh as well as the MCOB congregation made vows of commitment to pray, nurture, encourage, support and love Kimber through her childhood years of faith!!

Good Afternoon Powerhour folks,

Unfortunately the AC is down again in the Fellowship Hall; therefore we will not be meeting tomorrow morning.
There are Revelation 10 note sheets in the Fellowship Hall if you'd like to pick one up.

Next Sunday we will watch the video on Revelation 11.

This Sunday, August 23, I will perform my first Consecration/ Dedication Service for an infant at MCOB!!

JESUS makes it very clear in His passage from Mark 10:13-16 that children are precious and valuable and equally image-bearers of God!

It’s evident from the context that the Disciples held on to this popular notion that the Kingdom of God was about strength/glory/independence.

JESUS made it very clear whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven.

As the Church we are called to LOVE/SUPPORT/NUTURE children/parents in their walk of Faith!!!

Please make plans to join us Sunday and support this beautiful child/family into the MCOB Family!!
