🍩 Happy National Donut Day! 🍩

Today we're thankful for life's simple blessings — sweet treats, good coffee, great friends, and the joy of sharing them together.

Whether your favorite is glazed, chocolate frosted, jelly-filled, or covered in sprinkles, take a moment to enjoy a donut and brighten someone's day with a smile.

As we celebrate National Donut Day, we're reminded that fellowship often happens around a table, over a cup of coffee, and through simple acts of kindness.

"Taste and see that the Lord is good." — Psalm 34:8

What is YOUR favorite donut? 🍩👇

🚲 🌎 Happy World Bicycle Day!

Today we celebrate the simple joy of riding a bicycle—a reminder to slow down, enjoy God's creation, and appreciate the blessings all around us.

Whether you're riding through the neighborhood, exploring a local trail, or simply remembering the freedom of your first bike, take a moment today to enjoy the journey.

"And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus." – Colossians 3:17

▶️ **SERMON RECAP | Holy Trinity Sunday**

This week we celebrated **Holy Trinity Sunday**, reflecting on the mystery and majesty of the Triune God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

From the opening words of Genesis, we see God present at creation. In Acts, Peter boldly proclaims the risen Christ. In Matthew, Jesus commissions His followers to make disciples of all nations, baptizing in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. And Psalm 8 reminds us of God's greatness and His care for humanity.

As Christians, we are not called simply to admire God's work—we are called to participate in it. The same God who created the world, raised Christ from the dead, and empowered the early Church continues to call and send us today.

📖 Readings:
• Genesis 1:1–2:4a
• Psalm 8
• Acts 2 14a, 22–36
• Matthew 28:16–20

Today we pause to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸

On this Memorial Day, we give thanks for the courage, sacrifice, and selflessness of those who laid down their lives for the freedoms we enjoy today.

As Christians, we are reminded of the words of Jesus:
“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” – John 15:13

We pray for the families who carry loss, for veterans and active military members, and for peace throughout the world.

May God bless and keep all who serve, and may we never forget those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Blessed Memorial Day from St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. ✝️🇺🇸

Happy Mother’s Day from St. Paul’s Lutheran Church! 💐

Today we give thanks for the mothers, grandmothers, stepmothers, godmothers, mentors, and all women who share Christ’s love through compassion, wisdom, strength, and care.

We celebrate the ways God nurtures His people through faithful women who teach, encourage, pray, serve, and love so deeply.

We also hold in prayer those for whom this day may be difficult:
those grieving mothers, missing children, longing to become mothers, or carrying heavy memories today. May God’s peace and comfort surround you.

“Her children rise up and call her blessed.” – Proverbs 31:28

May God bless all mothers today and always. 🌸✝️
