The kingdom of God looks like a group of women who spent several hours on a Sunday afternoon cooking freezer meals to have on hand to take to folks who could use a meal every so often: those recovering from surgery or treatment, the bereaved, the chronically ill, families of hospice patients, etc.

The women enjoyed the bonds of fellowship while they shredded meat, peeled apples, layered casseroles, and considered food allergies and sensitivities.

And love was multiplied that day, and into the future, when these meals will be delivered, as a tangible sign of love and support during a difficult time.

๐–๐ž๐๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐๐š๐ฒ, ๐’๐ž๐ฉ๐ญ ๐Ÿ - ๐…๐ซ๐ข๐๐š๐ฒ, ๐’๐ž๐ฉ๐ญ ๐Ÿ’ the church parking lot will be closed for resealing and restriping. If you need to get into the church, you may park in the grass on the opposite shoulder or on the parsonage side and walk to the basement door, keeping to the grass. Sorry for the inconvenience, but this maintenance will help us extend the life of the parking lot. Thank you for your patience!

The forecast is calling for rain, as of now. If the weather does not look favorable for us to be at the Park this Sunday, we'll simply be at church, and still have a Potluck fellowship afterwards!
