Praise the Lord saints.

Today, we celebrate the most extraordinary people in our lives our mothers. Mothers are more than caregivers they are our first teachers, our strongest supporters, and the quiet heroes who shape who we become.

A mother’s love is selfless. She wakes before the rest of the world, sacrifices her comfort, and gives tirelessly, often without expecting anything in return. She is there in our happiest moments and our darkest hours, offering guidance, strength, and endless patience.

Today is not just about flowers or gifts; it’s about recognizing the countless sacrifices that go unseen and the sleepless nights, the worries she bears silently, and the love she gives freely. These sacrifices are the foundation of our lives, and they deserve our deepest gratitude.

To every mother past, present, and everywhere thank you. Thank you for your boundless love, your incredible strength, and your unwavering support. Today, we celebrate you.

Resurrection Sunday is a powerful reminder of both sacrifice and victory. We remember the depth of love shown on the cross—when our Lord gave Himself fully, bearing the weight of our sins. It was not a small price, but the ultimate one, paid out of grace and mercy beyond human understanding.

Yet the story does not end at the tomb. On the third day, He rose—defeating death, breaking the chains of sin, and offering new life to all who believe. The empty tomb is not just a symbol of hope; it is a promise fulfilled.

Let us not forget what was given, nor take lightly what was won. Today is a call to remember, to reflect, and to rejoice. Because He lives, we have hope. Because He rose, we are made new.
