Holiness is hard. Why pursue holiness when everyone else is going with the flow?

1 Peter 1:13-21 gives us four motivations:

We are God’s children.
We know better.
We will give an account.
We have been redeemed.

Holiness isn’t about earning God's love. It’s about living in light of what God has already done for us through Christ.

“Be holy, for I am holy.” (1 Peter 1:16)

☀️ Park Days are back!

Join us this Sunday as we kickoff one of our favorite summer traditions! After second service, we'll head over to Memorial Park for an afternoon of food, fun, and community.

🌭 BBQ provided (feel free to bring a side to share!)
🏰 Bounce houses for the kids
🕧 12:30–2:00 PM
📍 Memorial Park

Then all summer long (weather permitting), we'll gather at the park after second service for casual connection and time together outdoors. Bring a chair or picnic blanket, pack a lunch, and come hang out!

Suffering doesn’t have to steal our joy.

In 1 Peter 1:6-12, we’re reminded of four gifts God gives us in the middle of our pain:

God’s Purpose — He uses trials to refine our faith.
God’s Presence — He is near to the brokenhearted.
God’s Plans — Suffering is not the end of the story.
God’s People — We were never meant to walk through hardship alone.

Whatever you're facing today, remember: God isn’t finished yet.
