What if following God faithfully doesn’t make the road ahead any clearer?

Paul had given his life to Christ. And almost immediately, his life was in danger. Yet God continued to lead him.

The Holy Spirit leads us, but He doesn’t always tell us what’s coming next. Sometimes He simply gives us the next step.

That can be difficult. We want to know the plan. We want to know where the road leads. But God calls us to trust Him, one step at a time.

Are you willing to trust God with the next step, even when you can’t see what’s ahead?

God never calls us to rely on our own strength.

The calling He places on our lives is sustained by Him. His Word directs us, teaches us, strengthens us, and equips us to walk faithfully wherever He leads.

An undivided life begins with one voice: God's voice. When we are rooted in Scripture, we can follow His leading with confidence, knowing He is the One who sustains us every step of the way.

How is God using His Word to strengthen you today?

Let's pursue an Undivided Life with one voice centered on God's Word, one place in His presence, and one love for Christ and one another.

This past Sunday, we were reminded of what it means to live an Undivided Life.

As we gathered for our Generations Weekend, we focused on one voice, one place, and one love: being centered on God‘s word, abiding in his presence and growing in our love for Christ and one another.

We are grateful for the church body, God is growing a Trinity Boise and the joy of gathering together as His people.

Paul came to Corinth in weakness, fear, and trembling.

But Jesus met him with a promise:

"And the Lord said to Paul one night in a vision, “Do not be afraid, but go on speaking and do not be silent, for I am with you, and no one will attack you to harm you, for I have many in this city who are my people.” Acts 18:9-10

Paul didn’t continue because he had enough strength on his own. He continued because he was dependent on Christ and the power of God.

Our desires can only carry us so far. Our own strength will eventually fail. But when we depend on Jesus, He gives us what we need to faithfully follow Him.

The Christian life is not sustained by our ability, but by Christ’s presence with us.

Sometimes the greatest evidence of God's leading isn't that everything goes according to our plan. It's that He lovingly redirects us to accomplish His.

In Acts 16, Paul had a destination in mind, but the Holy Spirit led him another way. What seemed like a change of plans was actually part of God's greater purpose. God is never random. He is always strategic, faithfully directing His people exactly where He wants them to be.

The same is true for us today.

God speaks through His Word. He directs us by His Spirit. He uses the encouragement and wisdom of other believers to guide us as we walk with Him. If we want His direction, we must spend time in His presence.

Take some time to read Acts 16 this week and ask the Lord to show you where He may be leading you. His plans are always good, and His purposes never fail.
