What if the next level of your faith isn’t found in doing more…

But in making space for God to do more in you?

Sometimes the greatest growth happens when we step away from our routines, distractions, and responsibilities long enough to hear His voice clearly.

That’s why I’m so excited about the Masterpiece Women Retreat.

Not because it’s another event.

But because it’s an opportunity to spend intentional time with God, build meaningful friendships, and be surrounded by women who are pursuing Jesus with their whole hearts.

Women in their 20s.
Women in their 40s.
Women in their 60s.

Different stories.
Different seasons.
One purpose.

To know Him more.

If you’re ready to grow, be challenged, be encouraged, and invest in your relationship with God, I’d love for you to join us.

Women don’t need another event.

They need community.

A place to grow in their faith.
A place to build meaningful friendships.
A place to laugh, pray, serve, and pursue Jesus together.

That’s what we’re building at Masterpiece Women. ❤️

Everyone wants the anointing.

Few people want the process.

We celebrate the platform.
God develops the character.

We admire the victory.
God sees the surrender.

We notice the public moments.
God values the private obedience.

David was anointed king long before he ever sat on a throne.

There were years of waiting.
Years of serving.
Years of being overlooked.
Years of trusting God when nothing seemed to be happening.

Don’t despise the season you’re in.

God often does His deepest work in the hidden places.

The anointing isn’t about becoming more important.

It’s about becoming more available to God.

And sometimes the preparation is the very thing that makes us ready for the calling.

Stay faithful.

God is working even when you cannot see it.

“But the Lord said to Samuel, ‘People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.’”
— 1 Samuel 16:7

Women don’t need another event.

They need community.

A place where they can take off the mask.

A place where they can be encouraged, challenged, prayed for, and reminded they aren’t walking alone.

One of my favorite things about Masterpiece Women isn’t the speakers, the sessions, or even the beautiful setting at The Cove.

It’s the women.

The conversations over coffee.
The prayers shared in small groups.
The friendships that continue long after the weekend is over.
The women who show up as strangers and leave feeling like family.

God never intended us to do life alone.

There is something powerful that happens when women gather, encourage one another, and pursue Jesus together.

If you’ve been feeling isolated, discouraged, or simply longing for deeper connection, maybe this is your invitation.

Not just to attend a retreat.

But to find your people.

“The heartfelt counsel of a friend is as sweet as perfume and incense.”
— Proverbs 27:9

Who are the women that have encouraged you most in your faith journey?

06/03/2026

What if the answer isn’t trying harder?

What if it’s stepping away long enough to hear God’s voice again?

Some women come to the Masterpiece Women Retreat exhausted.

Some come carrying wounds.

Some come searching for clarity.

Many leave with lifelong friendships, renewed faith, and a deeper sense of purpose.

This isn’t about filling your notebook with more information.

It’s about creating space for God to do what only He can do.

If your heart is hungry for more, maybe this is your invitation.

As this week comes to a close, can I ask you a question?

What are you carrying that God never asked you to carry?

The pressure to have all the answers?
The weight of everyone else's expectations?
The responsibility of fixing every problem?
The burden of proving your worth?

So many women are exhausted, not because they're weak, but because they're carrying things that were never theirs to hold.

Jesus never asked us to carry the world on our shoulders.

He asked us to bring our burdens to Him.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
— Matthew 11:28

Maybe this weekend is an opportunity to lay something down.

A worry.
A fear.
A disappointment.
A need to control the outcome.

And trust God with what only He can carry.

What is one thing you're ready to surrender to Him today?

To the woman who feels overlooked…

The woman who keeps showing up.
Keeps serving.
Keeps loving.
Keeps giving.

The woman who feels unseen in the church.
Unappreciated by people.
Misunderstood.
Forgotten.
Or only noticed when someone needs something from her.

God sees you.

He sees the tears no one knows about.
The prayers whispered quietly at night.
The disappointment you carry.
The times you stayed kind when you were hurting.
The moments you wanted to walk away but didn’t.

People may overlook what you carry…
but Heaven never does.

In Scripture, Hagar was abandoned, rejected, and alone in the wilderness. Yet in the middle of her pain, she encountered God in a personal way and called Him:

“The God who sees me.”
— Genesis 16:13

What a powerful reminder.

You are not invisible to God.
You are not forgotten.
You are not unseen.

Sometimes the women who feel the most overlooked by people are the very women God is preparing, strengthening, and drawing close to Himself.

Keep trusting Him.
Keep staying close to Him.
And do not let the actions of people harden the beautiful heart God placed inside of you.

God sees you completely.
And He cares more deeply than you know.

Some of us are exhausted because we’ve been trying to carry things God never asked us to carry.

Constant striving.
Constant pressure.
Constant proving.

But Jesus never said:
“Perform for Me.”

He said:
“Abide in Me.”

Abiding is not about doing more.
It’s about staying connected to the One who gives you strength, peace, wisdom, and life.

When we slow down long enough to sit in His presence, everything changes.

Our hearts become softer.
Our minds become quieter.
Our souls become steadier.

“Abide in me, and I in you.”
— John 15:4

You do not have to force what God is trying to grow naturally through your relationship with Him.

Stay close to Jesus.
Not just in crisis.
Not just on Sundays.
Daily.

Because fruit grows from connection, not striving.

Let’s be women who collaborate, not compete.

Women who celebrate each other’s victories.
Women who speak life, not gossip.
Women who choose encouragement over comparison.
Women who build one another up instead of tearing each other down.

There is room for all of us in God’s Kingdom.

Another woman’s success does not diminish your calling.
What God has for you is uniquely yours.

“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up.”
— 1 Thessalonians 5:11

Let’s be the kind of women who:
Pray for one another.
Champion one another.
Protect one another.
And use our words to bring healing and hope.

The world has enough division.

Let’s be women who reflect the heart of Jesus.
