May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we're spending it continuing a conversation we started in Boca Raton back in January.
Rest Assured: Continuing the Conversation.

If you left the conference feeling seen and then life got loud again; this one's for you. All month we're talking about rest, burnout, and what it actually looks like to be sustained by grace.

Starting here: it's okay to be tired. Ministry is full and it's heavy, and God knows that. He sees you in it.

"Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." — Matthew 11:28 (ESV)
