No Experience Required ~ The ladies will be working on making special items for the Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes. A light lunch will be served and there will be a devotion and a time of prayer in observance of the National Day of Prayer.

A word from Pastor Shane


The Bible tells us in Proverbs 29:18, "Where there is no vision, the people perish." This is a sobering statement. We need a vision or we will perish. I know you do not want to perish, and I know that we do not want our church to perish. Our prayer must be, "God, give us a vision!" Ultimately, the vision belongs to Him. Personally, as believers, and collectively, as a church, we must get our vision from Him. Without it, we cannot fulfill His plan for our lives. Without that fulfillment, we will perish. Think about this as you consider the health of your vision.

1. The vision is attained by seeking God.
2. The vision is activated by submitting to God.
3. The vision is accomplished by serving God.
4. The vision is amplified by surrendering to God.

Throughout the month of May, please pray this prayer with me. "Dear Lord, give us a vision of what You can do! Help us understand that right now we have an opportunity to be a part of something much bigger than ourselves. Help us catch Your vision, live Your vision, and share Your vision. In the name of Jesus and for His glory, Amen"
