First Baptist Church was founded in 1904 in Blowing Rock, North Carolina and over 100 years later continues to share and show the love of Jesus Christ to the High Country. Blowing Rock is a tourist and retirement area known for it's wonderful outdoor activities, scenic views and great weather.

Due to the forecasted snow and ice, we have decided to cancel all services and activities on Sunday, January 25.

Our New Member Luncheon will be rescheduled for February 15th, and the Youth Worship Night for February 22nd. We hope everyone says safe and stays warm! We will see you next Sunday!
