Hello again FBP Parents!
FBP will operate on a delay tomorrow, Tuesday, January 10, 2017. Our doors will open at 9:30 a.m. and dismiss at our normal time of 12:00. This will give staff and parents extra time to ensure safe travel and also allow time for temperatures to rise a bit. Thank you again for all of your patience and understanding! See you tomorrow at 9:30!

Hello FBP Parents! Due to the National Weather Service Wind Chill and Winter Advisory Warnings for Watauga County as well as the closing of Watauga County Schools, FBP will be closed tomorrow, Monday, January 9, 2017. My husband and I went out today and assessed road conditions in the county and coming into Boone. There were many slick spots and areas where snow and ice completely covered the road even on some of the major roadways. Based on all of this information, the safest option is to close tomorrow. Everyone please stay safe and warm. Enjoy this time with your little ones and make special memories. See you all very soon!

Hello FBP Parents!

I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I look forward to seeing all of you as we return to school tomorrow- Tuesday, January 3, 2017! Please note that tuition is now due and that the last day to pay without penalty will be Monday, January 9th...since the 7th falls on Sunday.

I thank you all for your continued support and for entrusting us with the care and teaching of your precious little ones! 2017 is going to be a great year at FBP as we have some new improvements planned to help our school become more streamlined and fun for our little ones.

I pray that everyone has had plenty of time to recover from all of the illnesses that were going around in December and that everyone is feeling much better. As we return to school in the new year, please be mindful of your child's health when sending them to school. While they may appear fine when on fever reducers or medication, they may also be contagious. Let's work together to make sure your child gets well quickly by preventing the spread of germs and also limiting your child's exposure to other germs that may be going around. We want all of our little ones as well as our staff to have a healthy and happy 2017. Sometimes, a pajama day is the best medicine when our little ones are feeling under the weather.

Again, thank you for your kindness and support. It means so much to myself as well as my hard working staff to have such wonderful students and families.
