Join us for a lovely break from your pre-holiday chaos on Sunday, Dec. 14 @ 3 pm with Advent Lessons and Carols!

Sung by Anglican choirs since the mid-1880's, this is a traditional service of carols and hymns, interspersed with readings that tell the church's story from Adam to the preparation for the birth of Jesus. Music includes I Wanna Be Ready, I Wonder as I Wander, the Linden Tree Carol, Rìu Rìu Chìu, and O Come O Come Emmanuel.

St. Mary's is on Main Street in Blowing Rock and everyone is welcome!

Join the choir and organist, Dr. Joby Bell for Fauré's Requiem on Sunday, November 2nd @ 3pm...sung in concert format in honor of All Souls Day, with a reading of the necrology (the names of loved ones who have died over the past year).

Focusing on rest and peace, rather than sin and judgement, the work is dramatic as well as uplifting. The church is on Main Street in Blowing Rock, and everyone is welcome.
