Praying Pelican Missions

Praying Pelican Missions Building up, encouraging, and assisting the local Church in reaching their communities for Christ. Founded over 20 years ago, we believe in this mission wholly.

PPM exists to build up, encourage, and assist the local Church in serving and reaching their communities for Christ. As an interdenominational ministry, we seek to celebrate the variety of the Church while leveraging what binds us together as followers of Jesus Christ. There is no more powerful example of God's love to a community than when His people come together to serve and advance the Gospel, all in the name of Jesus.

This week, 36 church leaders from 18 different churches gathered in Guatemala for our Central America pastors' conference. Pastors traveled from all over Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras, and staff were present from Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and the United States. ⁠

This time was filled with the Lord's spirit, fellowship, worship, practical training, rest, laughter, and fun. ⁠
⁠

We want to recognize some of the incredible mission teams that have been serving with PPM for many years, and who returned this week to the local churches they have built strong relationships with.

We Belize in Him has been serving with PPM on mission trips since 2015, and returned this week to Belize to partner alongside their long-term church partner there.

Valdosta First Methodist is another group who has been serving with PPM on trips since 2018. They returned this week to serve with their church partner in Jamaica.

Thank you to all of our mission teams who are committed to developing long-term relationships and genuine partnerships with the local Church all around the world!

This is truly the heart of PPM. When teams develop genuine partnerships and longterm relationships with the churches and communities they serve, the global Church is unified!
