Yesterday was officially my last day as pastor of Dzil Na-oodilii Bible Church, Inc. This has been one of the most rewarding ministries that I have ever been a part of, as I got to know not only the Church family here but the surrounding communities as well. This place will ever remain my "home-away-from-home". After 16 years, I move on to Flagstaff, AZ to begin a new assignment with Flagstaff Mission to the Navajos as its new Director of Field Ministries. Brother Aaron Betselie is now the newly appointed Pastor of Dzil Na-oodilii Bible Church. Thank you to all who faithfully support, and will continue to support this church in prayer.

DON’T BE A JONAH!! If you’ve ever read the story of Jonah, you’re familiar with this biblical truth of a spiritual “cautionary tale”. Only in this case I do not believe that this is a tale of any kind. It’s actually a warning to any servant of God who has been called but for reasons that are based solely on prejudice (as Jonah was…), or personal comfort, refuses to obey the directive of God. Reminder to we who claim the name of God: We go where God sends us, and we serve those to whom we have been sent—without question or personal feeling. It is Christ who we present, not ourselves. 😊

Just a few reflections as I ponder through this familiar account. Happy Tuesday!!!
