Diocese of Gallup Search for Christian Maturity Search for Christian Maturity, most commonly known as "Search" has been in the Diocese of Gallup since the late 1960s. Of course we don't do this alone.

The Search Program was started in California in the mid 60s and soon became the official retreat for the CYO. It was modeled after the Cursillo weekend for adults. In the Gallup Diocese, it has been guided by many great spiritual directors and still is very relevant to the youth of today. The Search program continues to be a strong program amongst the youth in the Diocese of Gallup. We are very fo

Fr. Bob Mathieu, the Search program will remember your love and commitment and the way you always gave us your all in every weekend. The words thank you are not enough. You will be greatly missed. Our Palancas are with you and your family.

It is with a sad and heavy heart, that we must inform our Parish of the sudden and tragic passing of our beloved Father Bob Mathieu.
He passed away today, in a car accident near Albuquerque. Please pray for our Parish.

Please keep the students, families, and community of Aztec in your prayers. As the SEARCH community that we are I ask that we all unite in prayer today for those affected in today's tragic event. Our family and friends in Aztec need our palancas. There will be a prayer service today at St. Joseph's in Aztec at 4:30pm.

Search board members, the next board meeting is scheduled for Sunday, May 7th at 2p.m. at St. Francis in Gallup. Please come prepared to plan the next Search weekend. If you know of anyone who wants to work please be prepared to bring their names to the board. Have a blessed day and see you soon.

Team for Search 175 met this afternoon. Keep them all in your prayers as they prepare for the Search weekend. May God bless all team members and volunteers. May the Holy Spirit guide them and give them the words and inspiration needed to spread the Gospel.
