David’s words reveal his surrender….a very personal time with the LORD
Too often we can't wait for an answer from the LORD. We are in a hurry, busy with life and expect an answer immediately. Don't miss out on the most important relationship. He wants this time with you.....seek his presence.

Gear up for the coolest week of the summer! St. Matthew Christian Church invites all kids ages 3 to 14 to join us for an unforgettable Vacation Bible School adventure as we take on Snowball Mountain.

Every night, our climbers will tackle fun challenges, build lasting friendships, and most importantly, learn about the incredible love of Jesus!

The Life That Lives - Pentecost

‘Tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.’ Luke 24:49

The Holy Spirit’s influence and power were at work before Pentecost, but He was not here. Immediately when Our Lord was glorified in Ascension, the Holy Spirit came into this world, and He has been here ever since. We have to receive the revelation that He is here. When we receive the Holy Spirit, we receive quickening life from the ascended Lord.
The baptism of the Holy Ghost is not an experience apart from Jesus Christ: it is the evidence of the ascended Christ.
The Holy Spirit is not a passive observer. He is the living, active presence of God in your life. Every spiritual breakthrough, every moment of comfort, every step of growth, you can trace back to the work of the Spirit. The Holy Spirit helps us live supernaturally in a natural world.🕊️

Gracious God,

On this Memorial Day, we pause to remember and deeply honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. We are eternally grateful for their courage, selflessness, and dedication.
We lift up in prayer the families, children, and spouses who mourn the loss of their loved ones. Comfort them as only You can, fill their hearts with Your peace, and surround them with Your love.
We also pray for all those who currently serve in our Armed Forces. Grant them loving protection, guide their steps, and bring peace to our world. May the memory of our fallen heroes inspire us to live with the same selfless dedication to others. Help us to be worthy of their sacrifice, and give us the grace to honor them every day through our actions.
