Let's help support Rainbow Coffee House! Also, thanks to our amazing quilters for sharing their love!

Starting today, we are selling raffle tickets for this beautiful quilt, made by the Grace UMC Quilters. We are so grateful to them for their beautiful made quilt. Proceeds from the raffle will support the activities and food offered during the school year at RCH. We will draw for the winner on Sunday, June 21 and get the quilt to you.

You can donate in person at our Pride Booth on June 20 in downtown Billings, or donate at the Venmo link in the comments using the phrase "RCH quilt raffle"

Short Prayers

Nehemiah 2:4 The king said to me, “What is it you want?” Then I prayed to the God of heaven

Nehemiah was not himself and the King notices. “What is wrong?” the King asked and Nehemiah told him. I am sad because my city of Jerusalem lies in waste. The King asked Nehemiah what he needed and before he answered Nehemiah said a prayer to God. The King most likely didn’t even notice the pause, it was just a short prayer. A prayer for guidance, strength, wisdom, patience, compassion that we make throughout the day does not need to be long. Just a few words asking for what you need in the moment. God is listening all you have to do is ask.

Grab you Bible and read more. Psalm 37:5, Proverbs 3:5-6, Philippians 4:6

Take a minute to center yourself with God using a breath prayer. Breath in and out at least 5 times.
Deep breath in and say: Lord my prayer
Completely exhale and say: help me today

God, we ask for your guidance in our lives today. Show us how we can spread your peace and love to those we meet. Amen
