Mark your calendar for Sunday, May 15th, 3:30 p.m. when women and girls of all ages are invited to don their tea party attire and join us in the fellowship hall for a time of food, fellowship, and fun. A panel discussion will share a bit about “Building Friendships Through Hospitality-tea”. In addition we will learn more about tea party etiquette and customs, enjoy some music, and of course enjoy fellowship over tea and finger foods. Come and invite a friend. There is no cost, but sign up is necessary for this event. Watch for a sign up sheet near the church office.

February 3rd at 6:30 pm a Valentines event has been planned for all ladies in the fellowship hall. Laci Tieszen will guide us in painting watercolor valentines and then we will work together to pack valentines care packages for our elderly and shut-ins. There is no cost for the event, but we are asking for volunteers to provide small items to go into the care packages. A sign up list is posted near the secretary’s office and includes things like lotion, gum, candy, etc. A count is also needed to have painting supplies ready. Please sign up and have your care package items to the church by Sunday, January 30th. We hope you can join us for a fun time of fellowship!

Sorry to say, but the planned painting night for December 7th has had to be canceled. Hopefully we can reschedule for later in the winter months.

Who needs a fun night out with your friends to kick off the Christmas season? Me, Me, ME!!! Plan now to join us for a Ladies Night Out on Tuesday, December 7th at 6:30 pm in the church felliwship hall. There will be coffee, cookies, and our very own Laci Tieszen will be walking us through a holiday watercolor wreath project that she promises will be both easy and fun! All supplies will be provided but a count is needed by December 5th so be sure to sign up on the bulletin board near the church office or call our secretary, Betty at 330-893-2320. A $5.00 donation per person is suggested and can be dropped in the donation basket the evening of the event. Come and bring a friend!

Hey ladies! Did you know cleaning could be actually fun? Well it CAN when you have a great group of ladies get together to laugh and chat while they work. Join us Monday evening, August 16th at 5:30 pm at the back door entrance of Save and Serve thrift store in Millersburg. We’ll start with some pizza and snacks in the break room while the store is closing then go to work wiping shelves and straightening merchandise. All supplies will be provided. Just sign up near the church office so we have a count. You are free to come and go as your schedule allows but we will finish around 8:30. Contact Anita Shetler or the church office if you have questions.

Spring Bible Study: Two local churches will be hosting Women's Bible studies this spring and you are invited. Martins Creek will be hosting a Bible Study on Tuesday mornings from 9:30am-11:00am, April 11-May 23rd. Cost is $14. Sign up by contacting Lori Miller at [email protected] or 330-231-8448. St. John’s ECC in Millersburg will host a Bible Study on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:15pm from April 6-May 11. Cost is $15. Sign up by contacting Lori Pringle at 330-231-0487. This Sunday, January 15th there will be a table in the foyer where volunteers can pick up pans and recipes to donate to the Freezer Meal Ministry! Simply "sign out" the pans, purchase the ingredients and assemble according to the recipe, and return to the church freezer. Then, cross your name off the sheet that will be attached to the freezer so we know you returned your meals. It's that simple! Thanks for your help in providing freezer meals that can be given to those in the community who are in need!
