Don’t miss what’s happening on Wednesday nights! Join us at 6:30 PM in the Sanctuary for a great midweek time of growing in faith, connecting with others, and being encouraged.
Pastor Wayne is currently taking us through an exciting series on the Book of Acts—discovering what it means to live with the same bold faith, power, and purpose we see throughout the early church.
And our Youth are growing right alongside us! Our youth group has their own time of connection, teaching, and fun each Wednesday as they learn what it means to follow Jesus and live out their faith.

We’ll be joined by Missionary Tamara Henks, who will be sharing about her experiences in missions and what God is doing around the world. You won’t want to miss this special evening!

Day 1: Worries Try to Eclipse Jesus

The world spins with distractions—news cycles, personal struggles, political noise—all vying to block our view of Christ’s centrality. No crisis or conflict can overshadow Jesus’ finished work. His cross remains the gravitational center of history, His resurrection the unshakable proof of His authority. To fixate on lesser things is to live in partial darkness. Cling to the One who holds all things together.

“For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible… And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together.” (Colossians 1:16-17, ESV)

Reflection: What current concern or distraction risks eclipsing your view of Jesus this week? How might intentionally focusing on His resurrection power change your perspective?
