On Saturday, February 28, we first heard the news of war on Iran. These are troublesome and worrisome days for all.

The latest I heard is that this war will go on for several weeks. When Our Lady appeared at Fatima, Portugal in 1917 she told us to pray the rosary daily and do penance.

Soon World War I ended. However, Our Lady predicted the coming of World War II, the threat of atomic destruction, and other wars that require us to continue to do penance and pray, especially the rosary.

It is well known that we should storm heaven with prayers to Our Lady for peace in the world and that souls will turn to her Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, Prince of Peace. Now is the time for as many as possible to assist at even daily Mass. Yes, there is a war on, especially a war for souls.

On January 1st, the Church celebrates the Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God—a Holy Day of Obligation. As we begin the New Year, we come together in faith to honor the Blessed Virgin Mary, who gave the world our Savior. Entrusting our families, our parish, and the year ahead to Jesus through His Mother, we ask for her loving intercession and God’s abundant blessings.

Mass Schedule:
Vigil: Wednesday, December 31st at 5:00 PM
Thursday, January 1st: 9:00 AM
12:00 PM (Noon) – Traditional Latin Mass
