Sister locations, the funeral home and cemetery serve families from a variety of cultural & religious backgrounds. Greenoaks Memorial Park and Funeral Home has been a part of the Baton Rouge community since the cemetery's founding in 1949. In 1994, the cemetery added a funeral home to its property that included a spacious and well-appointed chapel, allowing us to provide comprehensive funerary ser

vices to our families. Situated on approximately 80 acres, the cemetery's meticulously maintained grounds offer beautiful gardens and majestic oak trees that provide a quiet and picturesque park-like setting in which to honor the memory of your loved one. Greenoaks Memorial Park and Funeral Home celebrated the opening of its new Greenoaks Life Celebration Reception Center on May 21, 2009. With catering packages and the ability to host up to 200 guests, the reception center serves as a great place for families to gather and remember their loved ones, as well as a place where the community can host business meetings, parties or special gatherings. Today, we are a proud member of the Dignity MemorialĀ® network of funeral, cremation and cemetery service providers.
