Temple Talk Thursday: A Wellness Insight

☀️ WEEK 1 — “LET THERE BE LIGHT” Walking Challenge

THE CHALLENGE: Walk for 15 minutes a day, 4 days this week!

You don't have to be fast. You don't have to go far. Just MOVE! Walk around your neighborhood, at the park, on the treadmill, or even around the church parking lot.

✨ BONUS: Invite somebody to walk with you at least once this week.

After your walk, drop a “DONE! ” in the comments or post a walking selfie!

We’re getting ready for Walking in the Light — our 3K/5K Walk on September 26th! Our church family AND our community are invited, so grab a friend and start getting those steps in!

You can be faithful and still face attacks. You can pray and still have problems. You can serve God and still have tears. You can love God and still experience disappointment.

Trouble is not always evidence that God has abandoned you. Sometimes, it’s simply part of the journey.

Whatever you’re facing in the meantime, keep trusting God.
