Refreshing Hub’s FIRST Youth Bible Study was a beautiful success! 💙🙌🏽

Our young people came together to learn, grow, discover, ask questions, participate, and build their understanding of God’s Word. We believe ministry isn’t just about preparing children for the future and it’s about recognizing that God can use them RIGHT NOW!

We’re committed to creating a safe and engaging space where our youth can experience:

đź“– REAL TRUTH
🗣️ REAL TALKS
🌱 REAL GROWTH
❤️ REAL CHANGE

The seeds we plant today will become the fruit we see tomorrow. “Train up a child in the way he should go…” — Proverbs 22:6

This is only the beginning!

THE NEXT GENERATION MATTERS! 💙💛

đź’ Morning Thought đź’

True wisdom is not measured by how much we know, but by how we live. The wisdom that comes from God is pure in its motives and produces peace wherever it goes. It is gentle in its approach, humble enough to listen, and willing to yield when necessary. It overflows with mercy, consistently producing the fruit of righteousness through good works. It does not show favoritism or operate with hidden agendas but remains genuine and sincere in every season.

The question then becomes: How do we apply this kind of wisdom in our daily lives? We begin by allowing God’s wisdom to shape our responses instead of simply relying on our own understanding. Before we speak, make decisions, or respond to others, we should ask ourselves, “Are my motives pure? Am I seeking to glorify God or simply satisfy my own desires?”

Godly wisdom teaches us to pursue peace rather than proving a point. It reminds us that not every disagreement requires a battle and that sometimes the greatest display of strength is choosing reconciliation over retaliation. It calls us to respond with gentleness, even when speaking difficult truths, because truth without love can wound, but truth wrapped in grace has the power to restore.

Being willing to yield does not mean compromising God’s truth. It means remaining humble, teachable, and open to correction, recognizing that God often uses others to refine and mature us. Wisdom also compels us to lead with mercy. Just as the Lord has extended grace toward us, we are called to forgive quickly, show compassion freely, and resist the temptation to judge harshly.

True wisdom is never passive. It produces visible fruit. It moves us to serve others, encourage the discouraged, and reflect Christ through our actions. It refuses to show favoritism, treating every person with honor and dignity regardless of status, influence, or personal benefit. Above all, it is sincere, ensuring that our private character matches our public confession.

James concludes by reminding us that those who are peacemakers plant seeds of peace and reap a harvest of righteousness. Every conversation, every decision, every response, and every interaction is a seed. We are constantly sowing something through our words, attitudes, and actions. If we sow pride, division, and selfish ambition, we should not be surprised when conflict grows. But when we consistently sow peace, humility, mercy, integrity, and love, we position ourselves to reap a harvest marked by righteousness, unity, healing, and the glory of God.

At the end of each day, it is worth asking ourselves: What seeds did I plant today? Did my words create peace or tension? Did my actions reflect God’s wisdom or my emotions?

When God’s wisdom becomes the foundation of our lives, we don’t simply gain knowledge but we become living expressions of Christ. Our lives begin to cultivate an atmosphere where His peace is felt, His love is demonstrated, and His righteousness becomes evident to everyone we encounter.

🩵💙As our youth return Back 2 School, let’s keep them covered in prayer!

We are praying for every student as they begin this new school year. We also lift up every teacher, administrator, staff member, bus driver, and every person who will come in contact with our youth.

Our prayer is that their words will be seasoned with grace, that they will walk in wisdom, discernment, compassion, and patience as they help guide these young scholars throughout this school year.

May God protect them, strengthen them, and surround them with His favor. We declare a year of growth, safety, excellence, and purpose over every student in Jesus’ name. Amen!

Good Morning, Refreshing Hub Family!

🩵💙Happy Thursday!! The Scripture asks, “Who can stand before the Lord, this holy God?” (1 Samuel 6:20), and throughout Scripture we see the answer time and time again. No one can! Our God is sovereign, all powerful, and there is no one who can stand against Him.

What a powerful reminder that when God stands with you, you never stand alone. His presence is your covering, His power is your defense, and His faithfulness is your confidence. Whatever may come your way today, remember that nothing catches God by surprise. Every battle, every obstacle, and every opposition must bow to His authority.

As Romans 8:31 declares, “If God be for us, who can be against us?” And Isaiah 54:17 reminds us, “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper.” That does not mean weapons will not form, but it does mean they will not have the final say.

So do not allow fear, uncertainty, or the opinions of others to shake your faith. Walk boldly today knowing that the King of kings has already gone before you. You are covered, you are protected, and you are held securely in His hands.

Have a blessed Thursday! Keep your eyes on the King and not on the battle. The victory has never belonged to the enemy. It has always belonged to the Lord!
