Redemption Church began all because of a calling upon Ps. Josh's life and a burden for souls. We strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus and to do the will of God with complete obedience and willingness. Meet our Pastors Pastor Josh Gray was born and raised in the St. He grew up in church and was raised in a Christian home. Even before he was born, prophecies were spoken over his life concerning his calling to the ministry. After going through many trying years during his teens and early twenties, Josh hit rock bottom in November of 2006. Suicidal, it was then that he decided he could no longer live his life without putting God first and rededicated his life to the Lord. Since then, Josh began preaching his testimony of redemption to people of all ages and backgrounds, in different cities and states to show the love of God and has not looked back. Pastor Bethany Gray was also born and raised in the St. She was not raised in church and grew up in a broken home. Her first time in church was at the age of 20 and was just weeks after Pastor Josh gave his life back to the Lord. She got saved during her first church visit in November 2006 and quickly grew close to the Lord and had an immediate hunger to learn more about God. Just 7 months later she and Josh were married and on a mission to save souls. She has a great testimony of God's redemption in her life, saving her from a destructive lifestyle and setting her free! Today Pastors Josh and Bethany live in the St. Louis area with their three children, Joshua, Malachi and Chloe. In 2012 they both earned their bachelors degree in theology from Destiny Bible College and in September of 2012 they launched Redemption Church in Crystal City and are so excited to see the plans of God unfold in their ministry and for their city!
