Gracious and Almighty God,On this Memorial Day, we bow our heads in deep reverence to honor the brave men and women who laid down their lives for the cause of freedom. We remember their selfless sacrifice, their courage, and the heavy cost of liberty. Please wrap their families, who still bear the weight of this loss, in Your strength, grace, and enduring peace. We also pray for our nation, asking that You guide our leaders and citizens to pursue paths of justice, reconciliation, and lasting peace. May we never take for granted the ultimate sacrifice these heroes made for us.In Your holy name, we pray. Amen.

Please note that our Mass on Monday for Memorial Day is at 9am. There is NO 7am Mass that day.

Today, we celebrate the Ascension of Jesus Christ — the moment our Lord returned to the Father in glory, promising to remain with us always.

The Ascension reminds us that Christ opens the gates of Heaven for all who follow Him and calls each of us to continue His mission here on earth with faith, hope, and love.

As we rejoice in this holy day, may our hearts be lifted toward Heaven and renewed in the promise of Christ’s presence among us.

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…” — Matthew 28:19

Today we honor the gift of motherhood and the profound love that mirrors the devotion of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Whether through biological, adoptive, or spiritual motherhood, these women reflect God’s nurturing care in our world. We offer our prayers for all mothers, grandmothers, and godmothers, asking for God’s continued blessing upon them.

"Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband, too, extols her: 'Many are the women of proven worth, but you have excelled them all.'"
