There’s more to short-term missions than just doing evangelism and outreach. Sometimes it means practicing cultural humility to truly learn about the people we are ministering to, just as Christ entered our world (Philippians 2:5-7).
Other times, it means picking up a paintbrush to help a children’s ministry. Scripture shows that practical, physical labor is a spiritual act of worship (Colossians 3:23). By serving with our hands, we love through actions and not just words (1 John 3:18).
Ultimately, we are investing in the long-term future of the local church, preparing a space where the Gospel will continue to be shared for years to come.
