Mission, Vision, and Core Values

The Vision of Diakonos is to serve mankind by training believers as leaders, who will carry the ministry of the local church into the community, the nation, and then the world. We strongly believe in the Serving Beyond Sunday concept of ministry. This simply means going into the community, sharing the gospel, and making disciples of those who respond to the love of Christ Jesus as seen in the believers. VISION: A spiritual environment where believers are rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ; equipped and free to serve mankind. MISSION: Our mission is to win souls for Christ. We are committed to serving individuals by embracing, educating, and empowering them through worship, fellowship, discipleship, ministry, and evangelism. CORE VALUES: A church where the model of every ministry reflects the qualities of love, compassion, reliability, responsiveness, effective communications, empathy, value and knowledge supported by committed servant-leaders.
