The laughter. The costumes. The candy. The music. The FUN. And SO MANY smiling faces! 🧡

But you know what made it even better? The PEOPLE.

Our church family came together to create something special for our community, and seeing families, friends, and neighbors show up, connect, laugh, and make memories together was what it was ALL about!

Summit Fest was never just about the candy, games, or festivities. It was about loving people, serving our city, and showing our community what the heart of Jesus looks like.❤️

To every Team Summit volunteer who served, every family who joined us, and every person who helped make it happen…THANK YOU!

Just a reminder that THIS SUNDAY, October 25, we will have ONE SERVICE ONLY at 9AM as we prepare for SUMMIT FEST later in the day!

But listen...👀 ONE SERVICE DOES NOT MEAN SKIP CHURCH!😂

Here's your Sunday game plan:

🙌 9AM — Come get filled with the WORD!

🍔 11AM — Go grab some lunch!

😴 1PM — Take that glorious Sunday afternoon nap. (You know you want to!)

Faithful Stewardship Requires Participation
There's a difference between attendance and participation.

We aren't just called to attend church. We're called to BE the Church.

1 Corinthians 12 reminds us that when one member suffers, we all suffer. When one rejoices, we all rejoice. Our lives and our faithfulness are connected.

Your participation matters. Your gifts matter. Your willingness to serve matters. And your faithfulness can strengthen someone else's life.

God isn't asking us to neglect everything else in our lives to serve His Church. He's asking us to recognize that serving His Church is part of our life with Him.

So here's the challenge, Summit family:

Will you move beyond attending and say YES to participating?

Serve. Partner in the assignment. Love people relentlessly.
