Finish this sentence, “Today is the day I. . .” Start lifting, pick the book up and finish it, call my daughter/son, clean the clothes off the treadmill and use it, start reading my Bible, spend time with out my@phone for 15 minutes. What is it that today you are going to get going. Don’t listen to the voice in your head giving you all the excuses not to. Declare that, “Today is the day I” and get going! You can make it happen!
