The Buncombe Baptist Association was blessed to feed the fair workers on Wednesday night before the fair begins on Friday. It was a joy to serve them with food, hygiene kits, blankets and towels. Several of them have made an appointment to see a dentist at our medical/dental bus as well. This ministry is possible because of YOU and the many volunteers. There are a lot of people, churches, and other associations involved in this ministry. A special thanks also for the many PRAYERS that have been and will continue to be offered up as well! ❤️❤️

Churches are stronger when they work together.

Baptist associations help churches serve their communities and work together to advance the gospel.

Pray for associational missions strategists and their teams. Ask God to give them wisdom, strengthen the churches they serve and help churches find new ways to reach their communities.

The Buncombe Baptist Resource Center will be closed on Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day. We will re-open on Tuesday, September 8th at 9:00 am. We pray that everyone has a restful day!

A wonderful report from Brookstone Church about some summer mission trips:

The Brookstone Youth Culture team came home from New York City with a report of 478 Bibles given out. They shared the Gospel with 774 people and 199 people trusted in Christ as their Savior.

Our Alaska mission team was able to love on and minister to an even greater number of captains, deckhands and fish processors this year. Over 800 meals were served over the course of 10 days along with some light repair projects completed at the host home.
