Yesterday was a special Sunday as we celebrated Liam’s baptism, rejoicing in this step of faith and the public declaration of his faith in Jesus. We also worshipped together and wrapped up our series in Hebrews.

We’re thankful for the opportunity to gather, celebrate what God’s doing, and grow together in our faith. We look forward to seeing everyone next Sunday as we begin a new series!

Yesterday, we kicked off our Fire & Iron Men’s Study through the book of James with 16 men in the morning group and 26 in the evening group.

We’re looking forward to what God has in store as we continue studying His Word together.

Men, there’s still time to join us! We meet on Mondays at 6am or 6pm. We hope to see you there next week!

This weekend, we had the opportunity to hear from Joshua Herndon, both during Sunday morning’s service and Saturday night’s Fire & Iron Men’s Event.

On Sunday, Joshua shared more about the Native American Christian Academy in Sun Valley, Arizona, and the needs they are currently facing. One of those needs is something we often take for granted: clean water.

We’re excited to come alongside the Academy and help make clean water accessible to their students and community. We’re grateful for Joshua, for his willingness to share what God is doing, and for the men who gathered Saturday night for a powerful evening of fellowship and encouragement.

We can’t wait to see what God does through this!

This past Sunday, we celebrated 19 years of North Ridge Church!

We’re thankful for the people, memories, and moments that have shaped these past 19 years, and are excited for what’s ahead!

Yesterday we had the joy of dedicating four babies during our Sunday services.

Baby dedication is a time for families to commit to raising their children to know and follow Jesus, while the church comes alongside them in that commitment.

We also took time as a church to pray over these families, asking God to guide them as they raise their children and seek to lead them well.

We’re thankful for the opportunity to celebrate these families and surround them with the prayers and support of their church family.

Sunday morning was a great time together! We picked back up in Hebrews, worshipped together, and spent time growing in our faith.

We’re already looking forward to seeing everyone again this Sunday!

What a great Sunday worshipping together as a church family! We’re especially grateful for the opportunity to introduce our newest Elder.

We took time to pray over Jeremy together as a church, asking God to guide and strengthen him as he steps into this new role of serving and leading. We’re so thankful for his willingness to serve and excited to see how God will use him!

Another great Sunday at North Ridge!

We loved seeing so many Back Our Schools bags returned overflowing with school supplies for local teachers. Your generosity is already making a difference! If you haven’t had a chance to participate, there’s still time. Pick up a bag this Sunday, fill it with the supplies listed inside, and return it by August 16 as we continue supporting teachers in our community.

Finally, please be praying for our Guatemala mission team as they serve this week. They’ll be building two homes for two families in need. Pray for safe travels, meaningful relationships, and that God would work in and through the team as they serve these families and the local community.
