We all need grace, yet it's easy to judge others' weaknesses. Remembering how much grace we've received is key to extending it to those around us.

The story behind our church family getting a new home in the middle of the Covid scare is nothing less than a testimony to God's grace and provision.

When Covid hit in March 2020, we were meeting in a small storefront building. We had been saving up for downpayment and had approximately $21,000 in the bank. At the end of March 2020, our church was led by God to send most(~$15k) of our savings as special love offerings to our missionaries depleting our savings.

At the end of April 2020, God opened the door for us to buy this building. However, we had no downpayment, general giving of $5k per month, and no possibility of ever qualifying for a mortgage.

We began to pray and ask God to show us His will and He began to providentially orchestrate. First, despite a lack of financial resources, the church voted unanimously to pursue purchasing the building. Second, the seller of the building offered to finance the building with very flexible terms provided we could come up with $50k in 30 days. Third, when presented with the need for $50k, the church gave $45k in a matter of 2 days.

We closed on this building 23 days after signing the purchase agreement. Giving doubled literally the next month and God has sustained us ever since. To God be the Glory!
