Is Jesus Being Racist by Calling a Mother a Dog?"
(Matthew 15:21–28)

What happens when Jesus appears to say something offensive, even racist? This Sunday, we take an honest look at one of the most controversial and misunderstood moments in the Gospels: The story of a desperate Canaanite mother who refused to take "no" for an answer β€” even from Jesus Himself.

Was Jesus being racist when He called her a "dog"? Join us as we peel back the cultural, historical, and spiritual layers of this powerful encounter and discover what Jesus was really doing and what it means for every one of us who has ever felt like we didn't belong.

This message will challenge you, move you, and remind you that the grace of God has never been and will never be determined by your ethnicity, your background, or your immigration status. It is determined by your faith.

No matter your skin color, your accent, your immigration status, or your story, there is a seat at this table for you. Come as you are. Bring someone who needs to hear this. We would love to worship with you this Sunday.

See you tomorrow πŸ™
