Generations Community Church

Generations Community Church We are passionate about Loving God and Loving People. Jesus said it’s the most important thing. We are all about family.

God's love is learned first in the home and children are a sacred trust. We want to build a deep connection with God and one another through authenticity and humility. We are committed to being a redemptive force in our community. We are deeply engaged with helping the less fortunate and loving our community with action and resources. We strive to give God our best with great music, engaging kid's programs, and exegetical preaching that will draw you closer to God and help you through the week.

God is the provider of all that we have and all that we need. Don't get caught up in comparison. Life is not about accumulating posessions, its about knowing God and growing in our faith and trust in Him.

"You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven." - Matthew 5:14-16

The Beatitudes completely redefine what it means to be blessed. Jesus doesn’t point to wealth, power, comfort, or success. Instead, He points to dependence, grief, humility, mercy, purity, peacemaking, and perseverance.

Why?

Because these are the places where God’s Kingdom is already at work.

The good news is that God isn’t waiting for you to have everything together before He shows up. He is already present in your need, your struggles, and your pursuit of Him.

The question isn’t, “Where can I get God involved in my plans?”

The question is: Where is God already at work, and how can I join Him?

If you didn't try her incredible cake--you definitely missed out! We appreciate you and your creativity, Marcia! Thank you for caring for the ladies in our church and for everything you do behind the scenes! We are thankful for you!

Jesus' Sermon on the Mount is not a list of rules to follow—it's a vision of the kind of people God is forming us to become.

Throughout this series, we're asking a simple but powerful question:
"What does this mean for me?"
The goal isn't information.
The goal is transformation.
Take a moment today and ask the Holy Spirit:
"What are You trying to change in me?"
