Morning Worship -- Sunday, June 7th, 10 a.m. Coffee hour fellowship after the service. Please bring non-perishable food for the Anderson Emergency Soup Kitchen every Sunday in June. Food service size cans and bags are appreciated as they cook for a crowd.

Stewardship Ministry Team – Sunday, June 7th after the service.

Bible Study – Monday, June 8th at 10:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Room. Subject: The Book of Jonah.

Artisans -- Monday, June 8th at 11 a.m. in the Fellowship Room. We have bears to stuff. No experience necessary. Don't worry; they don't bite!

Bingo at Terra Bella Assisted Living – Monday, June 8th at 3:00 p.m. Please bring items for the prize box: tissues, candy and small gifts.

SOMETHING NEW! GAME NIGHT!

Wednesday, June 10th at 6:30 p.m. Bring a favorite game and a snack to share.

Saturday Servants -- Saturday, May 30th, 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Join our friends in the Parish Hall of Grace Episcopal to make sandwiches and pack bag lunches to distribute at the Anderson Emergency Soup Kitchen. This is our last week of packing.

Morning Worship -- Sunday, May 31, 10 a.m. Stay afterward for coffee hour and get to know your fellow congregants.

Bible Study – Monday, June 1st at 10:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Room of St. George House. The Gospel of John, Chapter 20.

Hurricane Preparedness Workshop – Saturday, June 6th from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at St. Michael’s Church in Easley.

Saturday Servants – Saturday, May 16th. Join our friends in the Parish Hall of Grace Episcopal from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. to make sandwiches and pack bag lunches to distribute at the Anderson Emergency Soup Kitchen.

The Knights (men’s fellowship)– Saturday, May 16th at 11:00 a.m. at Dolce Vita Italian Bistro. (3823 Highway 81, Anderson)

Women’s Sunday – May 17th, 10 a.m. This Sunday's service will celebrate the women of our St. George’s Church Family. A festive coffee hour (aka known as a full meal!) following the service.

Third Sunday Bible Study – Sunday, May 17th following coffee hour. Topic: Taking a Life - Murder, Life Support, Assisted Su***de, Abortion and the Death Penalty.

What a day we had at church today! Every mother got a rose. We made a chain of our mothers’ names and placed them on the altar. Eight Memory Bears made by the Artisans were blessed. We recognized our music intern Olivia Burdette, who just graduated from Anderson University. And Will Sanchez and his parents were the oblation bearers, delivering the sacramental wine to the altar. Many thanks to Nancy Hutchinson and Nancy Chapman for organizing our Mother’s Day celebration!
