Today marks one year since Charlie Kirk was killed at just 31 years of age, in a devastating loss that took one of the conservative movement’s most influential young voices far too soon.

Charlie founded Turning Point USA at age 18 and spent the years that followed building the organization while becoming a nationally recognized speaker, author, and media personality.

Throughout his public life, Charlie spoke openly about the values that mattered deeply to him, including his Christian faith, freedom of speech, personal responsibility, and his love for the United States of America.

Over the course of his life and career, Charlie built a national platform that reached far beyond college campuses, giving him a voice in some of the country’s most consequential conversations about faith, freedom, and the nation's future.

One year later, his absence is still deeply felt by the millions of Americans who followed his work, shared his convictions, and found inspiration in his voice.

Today, we remember Charlie Kirk, the values he stood for, and a voice that resonated with millions of God-fearing, country-loving Americans.

The history of the English Bible is marked by the courage and sacrifice of men who believed that ordinary people should have access to the Word of God.

John Wycliffe helped make Scripture available in English. Jan Hus boldly preached Scripture and was burned at the stake. Jerome of Prague likewise died for his commitment to the truth of Scripture. William Tyndale devoted his life to translating the Bible into English and was eventually executed for his work.

Their sacrifices remind us that the Bible we hold so freely today came at a tremendous cost for many before us.

“The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever.” — Isaiah 40:8

We should never take God's Word for granted. Read it. Study it. Treasure it. Live by it—and faithfully pass it on to the next generation.

They gave their lives so that the Word could reach the people. May we never neglect the Word for which they suffered.

Just got the news of pastor Peter's passing, he was the pastor at Bethel baptist for over 30+ years... We need to pray for his friends and family at this time, I can't imagine the joy and happiness he has right now to be with Jesus. To preach all your life about Jesus and to lead others to him and now he is with the one he loves and preached about.

1 Corinthians 3:12-15

Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire

Family Fun night was a Blast!!
We had a devotion from Pastor Clint, awards for the reading program. A scavenger hunt and then we went to the gym and had tacos and ice cream sundae.😋 🍨🌮
