Looking for a fun, meaningful summer activity for your kids? We are inviting the community to join us for Vacation Bible School! This year, we’re setting sail on an Undersea Adventure with Jonah and the Whale.

Bring your kids for a day filled with fun, learning, and friendship! 🐠

📅 When: August 6 | 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
📍 Where: Peace Lutheran Church
🎒 Who: Students entering grades K-5

ELCA Prayer of the Day: “Listen to the word that God has spoken; listen to the One who is close at hand; listen to the voice that began creation; listen even if you don’t understand” (ACS 974). Pray that we will slow down and listen for what God says to us in Scripture, during worship, through nature and in conversation with our neighbors and siblings in Christ — including strangers.

What a great blood drive on Monday June 8th, 2026. Over 40 donors signed in, and we were able to collect a phenomenal 48 pints. Thank you for everyone’s support of Amherst Blood Program and contributions to this awesome result.

We're already looking forward to the next blood drive on August 10th. Thank you again for helping patients in need! We couldn't do this without you all!

Now Sarah said, ‘God has brought laughter for me; everyone who hears will laugh with me’” (Genesis 21:5-6). Call upon the Spirit to help us be alert and receptive in those moments when we think something is impossible or absurd and God’s presence and actions take us by surprise.
