Today we celebrate a rare and precious gem, our beloved Mama Flo! Your life is a beautiful example of faith, prayer, strength, love, and legacy.

Mama Flo, you are far more than a mother to our Overseer Cedric and mother-n-law to our Pastor. You are a mother to our entire church family. Your wisdom, kindness, prayers, and unwavering support have blessed and encouraged so many. You carry a grace that inspires, a faith that uplifts, and a love that makes everyone feel like family.

I have question: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE BIRTH HAPPENS??

Guess what?? We have once again arrived at the NINTH MONTH! Yet, what are we ready to do with it? Yes, the ninth month should be representative of birthing, and there are many who will do just that BUT (tell somebody but..) that's where the end of the line is drawn. Unfortunately there will be many "babies" that remain in the birthing room. Why? Because we have been taught that birthing is enough. This could not be further from the truth. We are not only called to birth "it", but to carry "it" as well.

There is a certain level of accountability that we're all called to. Not just on our jobs, or to our families, but also to what we've been entrusted to birth forth! We can no longer afford to just "birth" that vision and then abandon it. There is a level of responsibility that we must take in ensuring that what we give birth to makes it to see the light of day. We must carry it through to manifestation. It isn't enough for us to just simply birth that dream, goal, ministry, or business. And now that we're here, let's make sure we first understand what "the birthing" actually is. It isn't just that thought that keeps nagging you and keeping you awake at night. It isn't just the written out plan you've tucked away in that special notebook. It isn't just sharing and discussing it with others to get their opinion about it. It isn't just making sure it makes it to your vision board each year.
BUT (you already know..) what "the birthing" actually is, is ACTION! It's being able to put feet to that aspiration, fire underneath that goal, and eyes to that vision. Birthing is far more than just "having" the baby, but carrying the baby forth; forth as in beyond where you currently are!

My prayer is that we are no longer satisfied with just releasing the baby, but also carrying it, knowing that all the details, provisions, people, etc. that's supposed to accompany the "baby" is already present and awaiting you to carry it beyond the birthing station.
